What is counted

To know how many people visit and where they come from, the site counts visits to its home page and to the Clones page (/clones-ai/) without cookies. For each visit it records:

• the page, the date and the time;
• the website you came from, only its name;
• the campaign tag of the link, if the link had one (for example ?src=newsletter);
• the type of screen (phone, tablet or computer), and the family of your browser and operating system.

It does not record your name, your email or your IP address. To count one visit per person per day, your IP address is shortened (its last part removed) and mixed with your browser's description and a random key that is replaced every day. The result is a code valid for one day only, kept with the visit. The IP address is never written, and the key is replaced the next day, so your visits cannot be linked from one day to the next.

Who counts

Two tools, both without cookies: a counter on this site's own server (home page and Clones page), and, on the home page only, Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., a US company (Cloudflare privacy policy). The counts are used only to know the audience of this site, on the basis of a legitimate interest in knowing it. No advertising, no profiling, nothing sold or shared.

How long

The records of the counter on this server are deleted after 13 months. Like every web server, the hosting keeps technical access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for a limited time.

Not being counted

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted, by either tool. You can also stop both in this browser:

Other services on the page

The videos of Infinito Delicias and CENTRINNO are loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press them. The fonts come from Google Fonts. The site is hosted by Hostinger.

Your rights

You can ask what is stored, ask for deletion, or object, by writing to hybrid@francescocingolani.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (France) or to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy).
